How to use?
-program pic - Watchdog off,  OSC - XT , Power-up Timer - ON , Code protect - OFF 

Tie together the CLIPA and the Nokia
Turn in the phone without the card
After that turn in the CLIPA
 LED will lit up
If the LED begins to twinkle
Then everything is ok
The CLIPA is working on the protocol of NOKIA ALL
